Baey Yam Keng is Managing Director of Hill & Knowlton (Singapore), an international communications consultancy. He is married with three children, ages 10, 7 and 6.

Yam Keng was Member of Parliament for Tanjong Pagar GRC from 2006 to 2011.  During his term, he focused on looking after the needs of senior citizens in Queenstown, by improving the physical infrastructure and meeting their social needs.  In 2010 and 2011, a total of more than 5,000 senior citizens were treated to a Lunar New Year luncheon as a gesture of respect and care for them.
